Castro neighbors dinner club is the new awesome

Last December Brigham, Brandon and Dan invited Steve, Rebecca, Marshall, Brian, Preston and me over for a holiday dinner and game night. We ate the most delicious dinner and then played a heated game of Trivial Pursuit.

In last place...Marshall, Rebecca and Dan.

In second place, Preston, Brian and Brandon.

And easily taking first place (because of our enormous brains)...Brigham, me and Steve.

One of the great things about Castro neighbors dinner club is everyone gets an assignment. Since we were hosting this time, we made the main dishes. Preston & Brian brought delicious homemade appetizers, Brandon brought the most delicious loaf of french bread from Tartine and Brigham brought the most delicious orange cake from Sweet Inspirations.

Since Rebecca and I were hosting tonight we decided to play the best game ever. We figured our guests would LOVE and appreciate this game as much as we do.

After finding out Scott chews tobacco and Adam collects butterflies, I knew Drew was the one for me. Unfortunately everyone else felt the same way so there is going to be serious competition.

if i remember correctly, bets, it was mostly the size of Brigham's brain that won Trivial Pursuit for you the first time.

I'd also like to point out that I won the first round of Heartthrob, which is a much harder game than Trivial Pursuit anyway.

Brigham and Steve brought it that night for our Trivial Pursuit team. I was handy to have around for any questions related to things that are in US Weekly.

And yes, Rebecca had an almost super-human abillity to predict which heartthrob each of us would choose to dance with, go on a date with and go steady with.

yes, I agree that Heartthrob is a much better predictor of brain size than Trivial Pursuit...

please admit that it was the short shorts on drew that really gave him the advantage...

ok ok, it is time the tryth came out and i am just the boy to do the bean spilling. i think that the trival pursuit win had something to do with the fact that brian was giving answers to bets through some serious eye contact and head nods...everyone but i was oblivious to their secret rendezvous.

i am just wondering what bets was offering bri bri for all that help.....
