Two-wheeling is the new awesome
Do you remember learning to ride a two-wheeler? I don't. But I know I know how to do it now. Probably back in the summer of '81 I had a day similar to the day my niece Emma had yesterday.
Hey Emma, just go for it! There is NO WAY you'll crash in the driveway! Just watch how Jake does it. And trust your Auntie Betsy.
Oh, wipe out. Sorry about that.
Um, maybe your mommy should have given you elbow pads.
Emma, nice job! And it's totally cool that you're riding all over the neighbor's lawn.
Good girl Sophie, you just keep doing whatever it is you're doing.

Um.... I don't have any idea what you're talking about... JTG.... what's that? I'm so clueless. My name is Frank and I'm from Long Island. Really...

Well, Jennifer (your sis, my next-door-neighbor) said that my lawn got a mention and is pictured on Betsy's blog! So here I am at work at 11:00 on Friday night (lame) and bored to tears so I "Googled" your blog and whadda ya' know--my ugly lawn! How embarrassing!!! If only the tulips were still in bloom ... if only my hubby would have mowed the lawn and fixed the broken sprinkler pipe so we could have turned on the sprinklers and grown beautiful, lush green grass ... I'll work on that so that someday Emma can ride across a lawn that everyone will envy when they see it pictured on your blog! I'm enjoying your blog, by the way! It's kinda' funny to read about all the Utah events that I already know about! :)

It's so awesome to have Amanda on your blog! Isn't it great that I have such a cool neighbor. My question is... where is Rosie Grandma and Suz? If my cool neighbor can comment, shouldn't my kid's own grandma and auntie comment?? Hmmmm....

I debated whether or not to use Casey and Amanda's names in the post but sometimes people don't want all the fame and notoriety that surely follows being featured on the new awesome.

Do you know that I'm never going to get any work done now? This is too much fun to come here and read this while I'm at work! And Casey said he will have the sprinklers working by the time I get back! WOW! Can I put a picture of the broken bathroom fan on here? How about the dining room chair with the big crack in it that no one can sit on yet? P.S. Casey wants all the fame and notoriety he can get so can I put a plug in for him? Visit his Web site, everyone: www.caseychilds.com. (BTW, Jen did some of the editing!) THANKS!!! (Jen has such a cool sister! But she's so cool I wouldn't expect anything less!)
