Oh yeah? is the new awesome
I like how betsy tried to one-up the last of her weekend with posts about daredevil attempts off the roof and visits to Palacial Estates in the South Bay. Nice try, roommate. I have been holding an ace in my sleeve that is sure to blow your mentos on the roof trick out of the water. Did any of your weekend events include one of these?
My parents and I went out in public in these awesome yellow vests and helmets for a full fledged Segway Tour of SF. A group of about 20 of us rode around the city for 2 hours on these things. In broad daylight. In populated areas.
Not only did we get to learn about some of the fine historical sites of San Francisco, but we got to display our superior balance skills to the world. Start being jealous. All of you.

except remember how you were wearing a matching polyester track suit and sweatbands on your head and on your wrists and you kept jogging in place in between games? that's how I knew dr. mario was a competition.

I remember when Russell Crowe drove (while he was intoxicated) one of those on Jay Leno's evening show. it was pretty funny. ever since that day i've wanted to ride one. you're lucky.
