Sunday dinners are the new awesome

Last night Rebecca and I went to dinner at Alex & Heathers. I was very excited about this invitation because Heather is an amazing cook. Like she uses fancy recipies and it tastes like you're at an expensive restaurant kind of amazing cook. The night was even more exciting because we knew we'd get to see Courtney, Nate, Wayne and meet Milo the dog for the first time!

Alex and Rebecca realized they didn't share very many friendship memories together. So they decided to start making memories immediately. Here they are doing such a good job pretending to be really great friends.

Here is Rebecca working on friendship memories with Wayne and Courtney.

Rebecca likes weiner dogs. Her family has a weiner dog named Sadie. I'm not sure if Milo is a classic weiner dog? As soon as Rebecca got ahold of Milo she didn't share him for the rest of the night. I think it's because she misses Sadie so much. I have a dog at home named Rosie but I don't miss her barely at all.

Here's everyone being friends.

During dessert (I made cupcakes!) we played a game called two truths and a lie. Courtney was thinking so hard about her two truths and a lie!

During cupcakes Nate told us a story about how, when he was a kid, he found some snuff and decided to sniff it up his nose! Sick!

This is the face I was making when Nate was telling the snuff story.

Then we decided to play "insde the actors studio!" Nate wins at acting!

Here's Alex and Heather. Alex was flipping me off with his mushroom middle finger?

Oh, and in case you were wondering, Rebecca is still holding the dog.

Nice use of blueberries on the cupcakes, Bets -- those must be from your endless container!

Indeed from the magic container of blueberries.

Also, I don't appreciate being portrayed as a puppy abuser. I wasn't pulling Milo's ears...I was flipping them over gently. And I wasn't poking him...I was touching his bottom with care and kindness.

what about the time you played "salon" with him and pulled apart his little puppy toes to pretend to paint them, or held his soft little ears above his head and pretended it was a handle and that the dog was your basket? or the time you threw him out the window?

Shocking Bets - No puppy deserves to get their puppy toes pulled apart. Let us help you with your puppy issues.
