sk*rt is the new awesome

I know I have talked about sk*rt to some of you, but the thing has gone live and I am so excited about it!!

Introducing sk*rt - (the concept is like digg, just girlier) - a fantastic site that gathers, lists, and ranks items and ideas on a range of topics of interest to women. Go check it out - you can read (or submit) the newest in everything from entertainment to home décor to politics to fashion to what color nail polish everyone is wearing this summer. All content is submitted by people just like you, so it is a lot like hearing the good gossip that gets passed around in the girl's bathroom, but it is coming from women from all over.



This is a project that I've been working with a few other lovely and talented blogging ladies - Gabby, Laura, and Laurie - and I'm proud to be part of creating something that women will actually find useful. Finally an easy spot that you can stop in to see what excellent things others have found, or share some of your own!

Better yet, to kick everything off there will be all sorts of fun giveaways for those that start voting or help spread the word. Check for details here at the sk*rt blog. The prizes are pretty sweet (tuesday's prize comes from annabella stationery) and there will be all sorts of giveaways over the next few weeks.
